Fashion World Balfour Park Mall in Highlands North - Theft Theft and Pin pocket

Hi,

On 07 September 2023 (Thursday), at 4h30pm at Fashion World Balfour Park Mall in Highlands North, I walked into Fashion World and after paying my iPhone 14 with 2 months was taken out of my gone, missing, ******. I asked for manager and to see CCTV on what could have been happened. No one entertained me and they told me they have no CCTV. I feel that they are aware of their store not being safe yet customers get pin pocketed and there is a lot of theft there. I have opened a case for this and I need the manager to contact me to meet some of the loss amount to be covered. This is not the right store to be in a mall!
