Fashion Word: SouthGate Mall RUDE Mananger

I recently visited the SouthGate store and had the worst experience. While at the till I realized I had take the incorrect size on a dress and politely notified the gentleman(manager) and lady working the till that I'm stepping away to get the right size. The man very disrespectfully told me to "MAKE FAST MAN, DONT YOU SEE THE LINE IS LONG". I then asked the man to repeat himself and instead of apologizing he tried to defend his behavior by saying I heard incorrectly, while there were 2 witnesses to this. His attempt of apology made everything worse. However I am not surprised, it is quite often that retailers that cater for majority black people tend to have rude unprofessional staff! A sad reality.
