False advertising

Hi

This is not the first time this has happened to me at fashion world. They advertise products at a cheaper price (brochure handout in store) but when the products are stocked in store they are priced significantly higher. A previous incident was with their thigh high boots which were R70 more than what was advertised (advertised at R349.95 but sold at R419.95). I had to go through a lot of trouble with their customer services in order to get my change.

This time round I bought their stretch denim zipper dress at R189.95 only to look back at their brochure to see it priced at R159.95.

I'm very disappointed. Retailers should not advertise goods at oneprice only to sell them at another higher price; this is false advertising.
