Exceptional Service From Raeesa & Mapule

I would like to send my exceptional service I got from Raeesa , I ordered from their online store which I always do but unfortunately this time round I order their perfume and it came broken and spilled all over my package. Send her an email and she promptly and must say everything was sorted. Had to take the order to Mall of Thembisa where I spoke with Mapule Skhosana who is the manager there and they both sorted everything out and my other parcel is on it's way **smiles** thank you for the great job done !!!
