Excellent customer service

I received absolutely great customer service from Raeesa from Fashion World online. I placed an order online (without having an account). I accidentally made an error with regards to my email address and I realised this when I didn't get a confirmation email of my order. The next day I emailed the customer service email address, Raeesa rep****, and she was of great assistance. She forwarded me the confirmation of my order and also changed my email address on the system. However I still didn't receive any notification there after, so I contacted them again a few days after, she immediately called me, told me my order is at its pick up point and that she did try to change my email on the system, but it maybe didn't go through. Long story short, she was of great assistance and responded immediately and I received my order. Thank you Raeesa
