Excellent Customer Service

Special shout out to Fashion World for an outstanding customer service! I recently made a purchase via their online platform. I was unable to trace my order, to which I sent an email to their customer care mail. A lady by the name of Raeesa promptly responded and followed up with the courier guys. She kept me in the loop the entire time.

In these Covid times, where we rely solely on online shopping to help curb the spread of the virus, it’s easy to fall into ****s online. This was the most seamless experience for me.
