ERMELO RUDE INDIAN SECURITY /TILL SLIP CHECKER

I'm writing this review to complain about your branch in Ermelo whereby your employees are utterly rude to customers that they reduce adult paying customers to mere kids. If you're not to deal with this matter that happened today 18 December 2020. I'll have to take it further with the necessary consumer protection bodies.

Here's what happened today my mom and I where shopping at one of your stores in Ermelo whereby my mother saw a handbag she wanted by the window and enquired about it at the till the man at the till told her to follow one of the employees to go show her behind the window then as she was doing that your security lady told her in a very rude tone to step off from the platform she was standing to show the bag she wanted.

When I approached the one I suppose is the manager he apologized but I didn't feel it was genuine enough because that perpetrator wasn't cautioned. When I confronted that till slip checker guard or whatever their post is supposed to be the woman just said sorry sorry in a sarcastic way and told us to leave. Which I feel it wasn't an apology but just I should get it over and done with tone and move along.i want to know if you care about our money or not. What I know is if it was another Indian this would have been handled different and that security till slip checker would've used a respectful tone. I didn't appreciate with the slightest the tone of this door security woman and i demand a proper apology I'll be waiting to hear from you and what steps where taken with this woman.
