DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

<p>I visited Fashion World in Claremont Main Road on the 02/08/2016, to return 2 jeans i bought on sale the day bfore for a bigger size, when i get there i ask if they can check which other branch has, the cahsier responds saying i can go check other branches, then i say well its a sale item, she says we dont retrun sale items, i say ok i will take something else to this value, no you cannot..where is the sign that says this or why did you not inform me when you rang up my items yesterday? Despite the cue taking forever even if it just has 3 customers in, i would have fitted surely...The manager walks away asking the cashier to handle this, while she replies Help me God, rolling her eyes asking for my slip and bag with the jeans, after asking if the attitude is necessary she sighs and says please write your name and number...im so digusted, they have such nice clothes but their service is terrible, i will never visit that store again, i think they tend to forget that people dont just come back for quality or affordable prices but also good customer service, and yes the customers does create a salary for you, because if we do not buy the shop wont have to exist and you wont have a job...if you dont want to be in retail please dont, you make shopping a nightmare!!!</p>
