Disgusting attitude

The service is pathetic. They do not have trading hours pasted at the door, so i saw the lady and security inside and i knocked for attention. When the lady looked up, she grinned and ignored my sign language (pointing at my wrist) asking what time they are opening the store since it was 9h30. I knocked several times, then walked away. I came back after 12. I asked the lady that i saw earlier why they don't acknowledge us when we knocking, she was very defensive and told me when the door is not open they are busy with their owwn things, i had to tell her to calm down it was just a question. Then i reminded her that they dont have a trading hours signage at the door. She told me thats management fault.
