bad online shopping delivery

I placed an order on the 5th May 2020 ref number 594ff0b i still have not received my order. an agent by the name of Raeesa was meant to have called me but has never. i keep receiving useless emails stating the order has been dispatched or i should receive follow up BUT NOTHING. its been 20 days.
