Bad customer service by management, very arrogant

I have never been so disrespected in my life . Yesterday my aunt sent me to return items at fashion world east london oxford street,because they were not suitable and wanted her money back. They refused to assist ,saying i should go to hemingways mall where i bought the items

Later on my aunt called head office and was told to come back to that and she will be assisted. She spoke to Sarida from one of their warehouse. She said we should ask the manage to call her .

I went to the store at 10:05 , mind you im on duty . I was the first in line. The cashier assisting me said wait forr management as he was on a bathroom break . I waited for a while, then. Asked if he was aware that he was required and the didnt reply . After 20 minutes the manager Elias comes but not to address me as a customer . To first talk to the cashier about her leave of 12 or 15 days . After a while from a distance he looks at me after being told i was waiting for him. No greeting, no smile but lifting his eyes asking what i wanted. I told him the whole story . He said he does know anyone with that name Sarid from their warehouse and i should give the number i used . Told him i didnt have the number as i didnt bring my phone with me. He kept asking me questions ."who bought the items? , where is the person? , i should give him the number for the person returning the items?, why am i returning the items?... as if i was being interrogated. Mind you the whole time this is happening he is walking all over the floor , talking , then went ahead to assist other customers .i was so mad asking why he was rude . He just looked at me and said what did i want? Why am i looking a him?

I kept quite until he gave a go ahead that i should be refunded after 40 minutes in that store . As working out i told him i was gonna report him. He said i should go wherever i wanted , he is not gonna go anywhere , doing hand gestures that he doesnt care.

Im so dissappointed with the people trusted to be leaders only for them to use that power to do as they please, not considering people's feeling . Like i didnt do anything to Elias but only exercising my right in a good way , only for him to step on me as if im a fly. Mind you this Elias is not even neat, i could tell if i was at Fashion world or in these fish and chips outlets ... evening the fish and chips outlets have the best service compare to the service i got today. My day went from 10 to 0 💔

I even wrote down the invoice for the transaction ... which is 22208

If management can do that in time of needing them to assist ... what of consultants ?
