Bad customer service

<p> I was in fashion world yesterday to but a dress, the line was long and the lady assisting customers was taking her own time talking on the phone as well. I asked her to hurry up because we were late for work she started back chatting that she's busy and another lady employed by fashion world also joined her they begin to shout together. I went to the changing room still they were going on that "just because I'm late they must hurry up".thinking I can't hear Afrikaans. I will never buy there ever again fashion world in golden ache in cape town</p>
