Abusing customers by non compliance with the consumer protection act

I want to report fashion world stores to the enforcement units within the consumer protection act

Fashion world stores managers, Indians and their store assistants, they are abusing consumers and not complying with the consumer protection act They do not allow customers to return goods on sale or do exchange They only give 7 days of doing exchange after that the customer will be stuck with unwanted goods goods because the Indians want profits for their selfishness They are all rude, the managers and all the store assistance They do not care about customers but they want to make profits as Indians I want them to be charged for abusing customers and overriding customers rights for their own profits
