Ordes not received

Fashion Vault is a online shop on the 16 of December i bought 2 items it was cologne costing amount of R1299 Gucci intense oud and Diesel sadals with amount of R999 i pay for both item since i bought this item i never received them and they not even refund my money i send them email they not responding i don't know what to do now please help, orde numbers( #1123 and #1124)
