Bad service

I purchased a watch from this online store on 20 Nov 2017. I was told it would be delivered to me in 1-3 days however it was delivered on the 30th of Nov due to some misunderstanding. The watch delivered has a cracked screen and I reported it immediately after I opened it. I was told I would get R150 off my next purchase which I declined since I don't think I will be buying from them again. They then opted to give me something of the same value which i still have not gotten today.So I kept asking what's the way forward because I bought a watch and can't wear it since its cracked and haven't even received the 150 item. When I asked for my full refund and to return the watch, I have been completely ignored until today I haven't even wore the watch.
