POOR SERVICE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND OVER CHARGING

<p>been going to this salon for much too long. Tried one after another hair dresser at the same salon, but the one was worse than the next. i waited 30 minutes, then because he was late, made my highlights blead into each other with the foils, a child would have done a better job, and never mind the carrot colour.he cut a little piece of my hair in my neck, not a haircut, and charge me...</p> <p>then Peter was late too, the next time,i walked out, as i had to run through my gymworkout to be there in time.... after 35 minutes i left, i went back, a week later,Mendo did a cut, he is the only real hairdresser, he knows how to cut.... Wayne did the colour , bleached my hair to almost see throuw, then a yellow, mustart colour, i said im not walking out like this, people will laugh at me, he did another colour on top but it was a disaster again, i panicked and just wanted to get out of this salon, i paid with my credit card, a fortune, called the receptionist a few times, left a message for the owner Tina to call me back, she never bothered to get back to me, as i paid for a 3rd colour because of Wayne's mess up, i would say as he did the wrong colour, why did i have to pay almost R2000, to go short, as my hair was so damage from the previous guy, cant even remember his name, go short, bleached, walked out with orange hair and R2000 later, was not funny.... i went back to querie the colour but he had a mouth full of teeth.... said it will come right eventually.... i would really say this waiting, overcharging, manager not getting back to a person, how unprofessional to run a business like this, and hair that you dont want public to see you with, is terrible.</p> <p>Tx goodness i found a fantastic hairdresser, almost thought they dont exist. </p>
