No order, no refund.

I'm a first time customer from South Africa ??. I placed an order close to R1000 on the 32 February 2018 and I have yet to receive my order. When I enquire about the order or a refund they basically tell me that it's none of their business and there's nothing they can do. This unacceptable. I want my money ********** I'll never shop with you people again ! appalling service.
