Fashionnova ignore our SA shipping issues

A lot of people from South Africa have been complaining but iy seems to fall on deaf ears. Is it because we don't matter to them?? I understand that they have no control over what happens at customs, but we simply ask that you stop sending the parcels through our post because the customs there is a huge problem and we never get our stuff!!... rather just send it to our door steps via DHL or simply the use the old method/find an alternative because it really isnt fair any @fashionnova are just not doing anything about it!
