Fashion Nova shopping nightmare experience

Horrible experience. I last purchased online the beginning of September. I have yet to receive my purchased item. When I track the item on they website they provided, item is still sitting somewhere in the US and was last updated on the 12th of September 2019. How is that my problem, why can they not use a different delivery company. I simply want a refund at this point, I am greatly disappointed.

Infuriated. I have a very important event in November to attend and how will I when the dress still has not made it onto our s****s?

I should have read reviews before making this purchase, would have saved myself a lot of stress.
