Fashion Nova Delivery to South Africa

I ordered a few food from Fashion Nova. They claimed that they delivered my package however I did not receive it. They don’t have the exact details as to where your parcel was delivered to and also who signed for your package. How is a world renowned fashion business this pathetic with loosing packages? This is my first order from Fashion Nova and yet to say will be the LAST! Their customer service details does not respond back to you. I would say that this is ********** as I paid over R200 for a door to door delivery and yet it’s just nowhere to be tracked. I went as far as calling our local post offices and asked my neighbours. This has been a tedious experience, I am so ****ed off.
