This store has the WORST enquiry system. THIER PHONES DO NOT GO THROUGH AND THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS! EVERYTHING IS AUTOMATED! I was charged duties and taxes on my initial bill, of which I paid and now I am being charged the same amount by the courier service!! The courier service is trying to get the DDP from them and they are failing to respond. THIS HAS BEEN THE MOST FRUSTRATING BUYING PROCESS AND I RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE BUYS FROM FASHION NOVA!
