Dissatisfied- shipment delayed

Not happy at all.

I placed an order on 25 November with Fashion Nova. Order number *** and I still have not received it. It tried the conventional ways to track my parcel but I need Fashion Nova to investigate the problem. There is no way to reach anyone at Fashion Nova to resolve this.
