2 months and still haven’t received my order

It’s been 2 months and I haven’t received my order. Mind you, the website stated 5 - 10 days!! I tried contacting Fashion Nova and they were of no help. They stated that they have no control over South African customs and that it wasn’t their responsibility. They also stated that delivery is 5-10 days and an extra 30 days which was NEVER MENTIONED on the website. That is misrepresentation! Had I known the 5-10 days information was false, I would never have purchased from Fashion Nova. I wouldn’t suggest anyone to buy from Fashion Nova.
