Worse customer service!! FASHION LADY

I've ordered a jump suit in the 9th ofJanuary, I was told it takes roughly 30 days to arrive but will get a tracking number is 3 days , I waited till the 22nd only to find out "they were out of stock" she finally did her job and got the tracking number and send it to me the 25th of January!! I waited and finally received a msg the 28th of MARCH saying my pascal is ready only to find out that I have to pay another 192 on top of what I paid for the jump suit after I was told delivery is FREE !! I informed the lady what's happening and demanded my money back but no response from her! Watch out she's all over Facebook advertising beautiful clothes and jewelry but the service is a joke and you pay way more than advertised also wait 3 months for 1 item!
