UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

Hello Peter, Sunday the 9th of January I went to buy a dress at the store mentioned above, today went back to the store to exchange the dress cause it was to small when I got to the store apparently I lost a slip the cashier refused for me to exchange the dress she said If I don't have a slip I must take the same item, the item that I had it was the last 1and the size was the last 1, now I had to back to take another Item she wouldn't allow and said it's against their companies policy.
