Appalling attitude of staff in the George branch!!!

Hello Peter My sister went to a clothing store yesterday(IQ Fashion) here in George, Western Cape.

She got the most appalling service from the staff. The cashier was awfully rude and they had a physical altercation after they exchanged words.

The rest of the staff witnessed the cashier's rudeness but they did nothing about it only when my sister and their cashier fought that's when they intervened and chased my sister out of the door cussing her out and calling her a drunkard whereas she does not drink at all. Can you please advise us on how to handle this situation?
