Worst online shopping ever

Im a very dissapointed customer these guys took my R1400 now reusing to answer my emails after over a month in late delivery i supposed to get my items on 13th december 2017 but still havent recieved it my order number is 19893 this is the email i recieved from christina hourrides Hi Vanessa

Now she ignores my email they are rouges i dont want they stupid vouchers for they **** site i want my items what i paid for 1400 rands
