unacceptable service
no communication since placing order, after being told 5-14 working days for delivery, they are now telling me that its going to take 21 working days, after I had to contact them. The service is unacceptable and I will not be ordering from them in a hurry again!!!!!

Please can you give me your order number to follow up for you however i would like to say that we do not have a 5-14 working day delivery policy on any products, it is either 5-7 working days on our Express Delivery items or 14-21 working days. These delivery periods show clearly on Checkout as well as on your invoice once making payment. As for having to contact us about the delivery, once you place your order we would not be in touch with you until we are ready to deliver unless we foresee any issues. We do not like to bombard our clients with constant updates. If you can send me proof of where you saw this delivery period it would be much appreciated.
