still waiting for my package

<p>i shop online a lot and this is the most horrible service i have ever received. i bought 2 items, and the said its takes 14-21day to deliver. After 25 days i received an email that claims that they delivered one of the items and they will deliver the other one in a week. The problem is that i did not even receive the item they referred to, i ask for a delivery note and some proof that they delivered it to me and they tell me that i should call the courier. I still havent received the 2nd item that they said they will deliver and it has been more than 2 months now. i asked for my money back and Christina Hourides whom i was advised that she deals with order deliveries and queries keeps giving me the run around and telling me that she will speak to management. I am still waitng.</p>
