So Disappointed, never ordering online again

I bought some clothing to value of R2000 from Fashionhub and I have not received the items. Their telephones are not being answered and no response from emails. Can someone advise me how I can report this to get my money back? The event is taking place in weeks time, and its causing me unnecessary stress. These people need to learn their lesson
