REFUND OUTSTANDING

I bought a jumpsuit on 15/07/2015, the size turned out to be too small as well, 2 days later the courier company took it back, a week later i had to call them and ask what's the status of my order, only then they told me they couldn't find the right size for me. I had to call to be told this, no communication from them whatsoever.<br> <br> Then they said they'll refund me, two weeks later I'm still waiting for the payment, when I call they spin me a story about my account number not being valid.
