Really Disappointed by Service

I purchased a dress online on Sunday 13/09/2015 and was really impressed by excellent delivery times as my dress arrived on the following Tuesday. I paid R1100 for this dress and when i tried it on it did not fit me. I immediately logged a return request as the website states that returns are only allowed within 10 days. I logged the return the day of arrival. I received one email acknowledging my return request and requesting a suitable day for pick up, to which i responded that Monday would be perfect. It is now 7 days later and nobody has picked up my item and nobody has responded to my follow up emails and Christina who initially acknowledged my return request now completely ignores my calls. This is very poor service and it seems to me that this business is only interested in making the sale and do not care for customer satisfaction. I will never again be supporting you Fashion Hub SA and will strongly advise others not to either.
