Pathetic Service!!
I have ordered clothing online from Fashion hub on 02/11/2017 and paid them. They confirmed it would reach me in the last week of November..Today is 14/12/2017 and I'm still waiting!! Their first excuse was that the problem is with customs but I will receive my parcel in 7 working days..Still waiting!!! When you phone them now nobody can assist you..The one answering the phone can only take messages and dont know how the system works to track my parcel.
You guys are a DISCGRACE to online shopping!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
