No Delivery / No Responce / No Refund

I bought a Dress in October 2017 for our Year End Function in November, the dress never arrived. The excuse was it is held up at customs. I received a email informing me that they received the box from customs but the dress was missing, after weeks of constant emails I finally received correspondence in December that they will rather refund me, I provided the banking details on request for the refund and as of yet no refund been done. I have emailed them weekly from December and no response from the Supplier. This is the worst experience ever and I will recommend that nobody buy anything from them. Definitely a ****.
