No delivery and no response - Fashion Hub and Fashionality shocking service do not use!!

I have placed an expensive order with Fashion Hub (now apparently known as Fashionality) with order number 19606 at the end of October - which order should have arrived by 23 November 2017 - surprise! Order detained by customs, now since November 2017, what a load of nonsense!!! No response to my follow up emails! Fashion Hub and Fashionality (who is promising to get orders delivered or process refunds) are great con-artists, do not buy anything off these websites, it will NEVER arrive! And you haven't heard the last of me yet!
