I need my order or my money back

I ordered from them and made payment on the 28th July. All two garments are from a Boutique that will delver my order in 14 days. There was no communication non whatsoever, I'm the one who was emailing them and asking them about the status of my order I was then assured that I will get my order latest on the 5th Sep till date I'm still waiting. I demanded my money back and gave them my banking details, I was told refund will take 7 days, 7 days has passed still I don't have my money back. After a lot of back and forth emails between myself and a lady by the name of Christine, I still don't have my money back or at least my order.
