Goods never received

I purchase a bikini online from Fashion Hub on the 1st Nov 2017,first Christina said it was stuck at customs and then she said she will re-order,i requested for a refund but now they just ignore all my emails,please dont order from them they are the biggest ********** and ***** peoples money!!!!
