***** online shopping store Fashionhub

There was an online shop recommended/ listed by Mobicred as legit, called Fashionhub. I purchased clothing for R1400 during November 2017, to date I haven't received my purchased goods. When I call the number listed to follow up, there's no response. When I sent an email, I receive an automated message, saying that I should be patient, they will respond to my query. Please Hellopeter intervene on my behalf. Thanks
