Failure to deliver and keeping me informed

I ordered a bikini and 2 pairs of sneakers in June 2015. Only one pair was delivered and the bikini but the bikini bottom did not fit and I called them to inform them of the mistake and also ask if they can exchange the bikini bottom and I was informed that they can. They sent the delivery guy to come pick up the bikini bottom and also deliver the other pair of sneakers. But unfortunately I never got my bikini bottom back. I was in contact with Christina via emails keeping me up to date but at the moment even she has gone mum, not replying my emails.
