Dress Ordered - not delivered

Stay away from this company! I ordered a dress 13th November 2017. They promised delivery to be the 12th of December 2017. That suited me fine as I needed it for my function on the 15th December. I then received a phone call the Monday before the delivery date stating that they received notification that customs wont release the container and it will take 10 days. You can imagine how I felt. I was livid. I went on leave and heard nothing. I returned to work the 8th Jan 2018 and still no news. I have emailed twice asking what is going on and all you get it an automate message back. Trying to call is a joke. Not available. I want my money back which I have requested as the dress is now no use to me. If anyone has advice for me - please let me know - but never will I use this company again. As far as I am concerned a bunch of ******. Will also never recommend them!
