Dress Not Delivered
I ordered a dress for my wedding. On the latest expected delivery date i.e. 21 working days after my payment and order, Christina emailed to say my dress had been delayed at customs for a random spot physical check which could take up to a maximum of 14 working days... After the 14 days I still did not get my dress and so I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. I did get my refund (hence two stars instead of one) but I highly doubt the integrity of this company and will never order anything from them again.

Apologies for the delay on your order and the frustration caused by this. Unfortunately if customs decide to do a stop this can cause delays that vary in time frame depending on many factors. Please be aware that Fashionhub does everything in its power for a fast release but we have no control over customs.
