Avoid this place - they ***** your money! AVOID!

Ordered a dress at the beginning of October. Delivery was estimated for end October, and their policy states max 21 days. At the beginning of November i queried, and they responded that the item is stuck at customs, and that i should receive my items by no later than 10 days from that date.. I am still waiting. They do not answer emails, they don't get back to you or follow up on your queries. They are downright *****ING.
