5,5 weeks and still no refund!!! AVOID at all costs.

I returned a dress on 2 November. Christina Hourrides submitted the refund on 7 November and then let me know that it would take 21 WORKING DAYS for me to receive my refund. Absolutely unheard of but it is what it is. However 27 WORKING DAYS later, I have still not received the refund and my emails and whatsapp messages are being ignored. This is *****ing! Avoid Fashion Hub at all costs. The long wait for the low quality clothing and the non existent refunds are not worth the stress.
