Worst service from a manager

Worst customer service you ever get!!! Bought a necklace set on the 04/12/2022 for Christmas only to realise it is broken on the day I was meant to wear it. I go back to the store today (exactly 1 month later) after the holidays only to be told by the manager that he cannot help me because it’s “31 days later”. As someone that worked retail for many years, I know for a fact the stores are closed atleast 1 day within the festive period so technically it isn’t 31 days. Nonetheless, he refused to help me despite knowing people go on holiday during the festive period. I will never ever support this business again !
