Very poor and bad service

I was at Bloemfontein fashion fusion store at central park and the lady by the name on Lerato was so rude... She ignore me the entire time when I was asking for assistance.... I am so disappointed in#fashionfusion I asked for their numbers as she told me the manager is not available buh she refused... To give even the name of their manager...
