The service was very poor i went there in need for a blazer i called to confirm if they had the jacket they confirmed that they had a jacket when i arrived i found that the jacket was damaged ,however i needed the jacket because it was nowhere to be found i asked them if they dont have any of the store in the stockroom because the one they reserved for me was damaged they did not bother to check i asked them if i can return it or exchange if it hives me the problem ,the attitude i got from the so called Manager by the name of Vincent sucks he behaved as if he was under alcohol he was very rude he told me they cant do an exchange but when i checked their returns policy it was different from what was said by the so called Manager and the supervisor . Remember 99percent will walk away quite and will never return To Vincent please improve your leadership skills your service is really disgusting
