Poor Management and disgusting customer service!

Absolutely disgusting service in the Western Cape. My fellow Capetonians- BEWARE! IF YOU ARE WHITE OR BELONG TO THE LGBT COMMUNITY- DO NOT BUY YOUR BRANDS FROM THIS STORE! The inexperienced area manager has made it VERY clear that they do not require our business. Fashion Fusion do not be flattered as we do not normally buy your old seasoned fashion brands. Your low quality stock does not fase us. This muslim owned store has made their racial propaganda very clear during a recent store visit. My visit was concluded with witnessing the inexperienced area manager shouting and treating poor black underpaid staff disrespectfully and threatening floor staff in-front of customers. (The little customers they have in sores)Where is you humanness? What a terrible experience for me. If you as consumer have any self respect and dignity you will never support this ********* mediocre retailer. AND DEAR MR AREA MANAGER, your staff deserves respect. Upon interacting with the poor distorted staff member it was apparent that staff feel suppressed and in fear of their livelihood. Your inexperience and lack of people skills, customer service and humanness is a clear reflection on your poor management style and ability to manage and grow your business. For those who do not know; Fashion Fusion recently popped up in and around Cape Town, although an unfami**** brand in the Western Cape , they managed to open various stores. Low quality items and over priced with inexperienced management. How do you survive month after month. Dear customers please help me boycott this brand as the Western Cape has no place for such poor behaviour. Managing people should be an honor! How dare you treat your customers and staff in this manner. Leave the retail industry to those who know how!
