I would rather give this store a zero rating... Firstly the staff members are not even helpful... They don't know what's their company policy even as when I went with my mum to ask the cashiers and staff if they can return underwear which was still in packaging and unused as there was a wrong underwear selected... We did advise them that we had lost the receipt and the staff and cashiers still stated that they would gladly do a return and we can select the right size... The cashiers were processing the transaction and while doing that they then needed a authorization from the manager Bongiwe Vilakazi for the return. I had stated to her that her cashiers and team did state that they could do the refund so it is ********* by the store to do something which someone else states that it could be done. I did advise her that I have also worked in retail and I do know that if you do contact someone higher then things can be sorted out but she refused blatantly and was also speaking in Zulu continuously while we were talking about the return. She stated that her cashier wasn't aware of the company policy and didn't even ask her... I did ask her that whos fault is it that her staff is not trained adequately and wasn't made aware of the company policy nor did she ask for her help. She said that she doesn't know why but kept on refusing to even give an apology about it. In the rage I did swear her but she went and got me banned from the mall itself and on top of that the mall security didn't ask what I wanted to be done. THIS STORE IS PATHETIC AND DOESN'T EVEN KNOW HOW THE PROPER SIZES OF CLOTHES WORK. THE SECURITY AND STAFF ARE LITERALLY PATHETIC
