KALSAFE.COM - Order not received after they have been paid.

During July 2023 I ordered 2 shirts from them. It is now December 2023 and I am still waiting for my parcel. I have contacted them on various occasions asking to track my parcel and assist me. Only answer I receive is that the parcel is in our country at our Postal services. Our Postal services did investigate and found that the parcel never arrived in country. No effort from Kalesafe.com to assist me. They took my money and don,t care any more. TAKE CARE!! Extremely bad service.
