Fasion Fusion online terrible service

Recently i purchased an online order, i had to wait weeks to receive my order. Each time i sent an email there was no assistance, finally someone responded in an unprofessional and unhelpful manner, didn't provide me with his/her name, one line answers and no assistance, finally when my order was received three items was missing when i sent an email to *** they asked me what was missing, so basically stock was sent without checking, when i paid for my order there was stock, due to them taking so long they then used up the stock. But didn't inform me so what happens to the money i paid them for the items i didn't receive. It was my first order and the service was terrible i will never purchase from them again. They are rogues. And the person attending to the online emails is useless to say. The clothing is nice but it's better to go into the store as the employees attending to the online orders and email address is unprofessional and useless.
